Hail and well met! Welcome to Hieroglyphs Books! I've been a gamer for almost 20 years (wow, that's scary!), and so you can be sure that I'm describing items accurately as to condition and contents. I've used most of the modules and books myself, so I know what's supposed to be there.
I work full-time in addition to selling books on eBay, so please be patient if you don't receive an immediate response from me. I do try to ship items the next day after payment is received, though that may not always be possible.

In July of 2003, I was diagnosed with CML (chronic myelogenous leukemia). I'm doing really well with the new "designer" drug, Gleevec, but it does make me very tired, which means that occasionally I don't respond to emails or payments as quickly as I would prefer. Now, this set appears to be in great shape except for volume 2. It appears that the first 9 pages of volume 2 are missing. I believe that this is a printing error because there is no indication that the pages have been torn out nor has the book been dismantled and reassembled. If you know anything about the saddle-stitching process, you know it is easy to miss a section when hand gathering book pages. Today there are more efficient machines to perform this operation but I would suspect in 1974 it would have been gathered and saddle-stitched by hand.

Does anybody know who tadashie is?

That guy consistently has near mint and unused vintage and rare items to sell but he never buys on ebay by that name. I wonder how he gets such consistently interesting items. He must own a hobby store.

I know him. Extremely nice guy. He worked at TSR2, or Chaosium, if I remember correctly.

Wow. Talk about a throw back. I was a junior in HS. I remember the artwork. Bought a couple but never used them for school. Pull those puppies out and I would've been geek meat

Deadlord's spot on: tadashie is Tadashi Ehara, former exec from Chaosium, and editor of Different Worlds magazine, to boot. Look for some new d20 material coming from Different Worlds in the not-too-distant future....
