Yeah, you needed the box, too?

(aside: Any thoughts on why a 1st print being sold on behalf of the original owner should have a horizontal grain box, Paul?)

That's exactly what I meant.

Was trying to pick up a box for my woodgrainless ( ) 3rd printing.

:(

Hrr... don't tell me you were bidding on the basis of a 3rd print, too?
(Far as I could tell, the seller hadn't been asked many questions, but I was away all weekend and Monday).

You'd better be quick.  T1-4 with a BIN of £7.99.  Resisted the temption to buy and resell.  Not a lot of margin after the postage.

Who's going to get it?

I made the mistake(?) of not asking any questions.  I just assumed that it was a 3rd.

Err... Oops! :( :(
About five or six messages back and forward to the seller by Friday morning, here. Had difficulty believing they were 1st prints, needless to say.

(Truth be told, the "breakup value" of that set to me was much higher than my snipe bid, given my existing sets, so I just put in a bid at which I wouldn't have been too worried to have lost to someone just buying it "as is".
Number-crunching The Acaeum would probably have told me I should've bid best part of $1,000. *lol*).

Looks interesting:

Maze of Zayene #1-4
Lucky winner also receives promotional flyers for the "Garden of the Plantmaster" and the NEVER released "City of Brass" modules

Looks like the end price might be too much for me purse but they seem to be really nice items for Greyhawk fans :)

Man, $583 for an incomplete set? I knew it was a 1st print, but there was no way I was paying that much for it!

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

I guess I should have posted this one, but I had it for a bit at $50 :)  That would have been sweet.

Aaron has many copies of Rob's old books, FYI, so there's no need to feel that you _must_ pay a high price for them:  more will eventually come along :D

I'm going to yank the cougar's chain a bit on the trashed H modules.  Should be fun.

His original bid, $22.  I bid.  Five minutes later, he pumps.  $33, $44, $55.  What will happen next?  Are 3 trashed modules worth $66?
:P

If I accidentally win them, I'll repost them as a US-only auction.  There will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth.
