Harami has wanted one of these for a while. Let him have it. You still have yours, right, Mike?

*g*. I'm not expecting to win the auction, y'both, but it's good to have a high-bid in on it and try out a bit of psychological bidding, in passing... probably way too subtle, though!

Some more artwork...

Color illo for some Forgotten Realms book or another. You'll have to keep an eye out for whichever one it is, if ya wanna check it whether it's a published piece, or not.

(not my taste, really...)

Plus a couple more Dubisch ( Not Found - Webs.com ) prelim sketches; Forgotten Realms, again.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 2272352011
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 2272352801

...and various other original art for Palladium, etc., by Dubisch elsewhere from the same seller.

All currently under $10 (as are many of the Earl Geier works still up for sale, elsewhere).

Come on Harami ... don't give up yet! Wasn't it your faithful leader who said '.. we shall fight on ebay, in GENCON and at the games store. We shall never surrender ..." :-)

Of course he also said ...

I like pigs. Dogs look up to us. Cats look down on us. Pigs treat us as equals.

7 days with no reserve.  Opening bid is $3.00.

Currently at $ 20.50 with 2 days to go. D'oh! If only I'd have known. I never even thought of putting mine up on ebay.com. Sold it in Germany for 3 Euros or something...

If it says 10th anniversary on the back of it then it will go for over $100... and the seller will be very pleasantly surprised, if a bit perplexed.   :D

:D Good try, John...

Q: Hi Not sure if it worked the first time I tried to send this. So apologies if I'm repeating myself. But do you have a "Buy It Now" price in mind for this auction? Regards. John.
Answered on Sep-28-04
A: Hi Johnhuck, Yes it did work, unfortunately no is the answer - this is a strictly bidding auction. Cheers

I obviously don't have the right touch because it has never worked for me.

But I will try any means (fair or foul) to get my hands on something like this. I was actually more interested in the fallout on this forum if he'd have said yes than getting my hands on ST1 itself.  Well almost.

Did nobody else even think to try it on?  Come on, be honest.

Heya, John...

Not sure about those foul means, but I'd've been much more likely to send a warning to ensure he didn't sell for under (oh let's say $750).

Getting a good deal is one thing. Buying for $100 (again picking a number out of thin air) what you know you can immediately sell again for $1,000 is another; in my book, anyhow.
ymmv :)

Did you have a price in mind yourself, John?

Actually, the board hardly got a look in before I posted here. View count has more than tripled, since then. (We get a lot of lurkers, it would seem...).

=

Oh, btw, did I miss anything in that silver box aside from the "Book of Sorcery"? Couldn't really justify the price for one item, here, I'm afraid.
Congrats on that, at least, even if it's "not the same".
