"AD&D Starter Set from 1996
Is this for 3rd edition? "

Nope.  That's the rarer yellow boxed version of 1135 for 2e.  The yellow box (1167) was bigger (and yellower) to apparently try and capture some attention.  It came with a pre-bagged rare red dragon Dragon Dice die (the only way to get it bagged that i know of) while the 1135 version came with an Audio CD.

Hope that helps,

rhea..

7 day auction with an opening bid of $10.00.  The Buy It Now is $75.00.
From the description:
"There is considerable foxing on the exterior surface beneath the shrinkwrap, which often occurs with aged, lignin-containing boxed objects of this type. This item looked interesting, only 6 hours left though.  i usually don't go for autographed pieces, too hard to be sure if the person really signed it or not...  even though, i'm surprised there aren't any bids yet..

It probably is authentic.  Frank Mentzer signs all kinds of stuff at the Gen Con auction every year.  I had him sign my copy of The Temple of Elemental Evil one year!!  Without seeing the signature to compare against a known authentic signature, can't say for certain.

WEE WARRIORS THE DWARVEN GLORY MODULE 1976
DUNGEON MASTER'S KIT TWO VINTAGE D&D NM-
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... egory=2545

7 day auction with no reserve.  Current bid is $22.00.  Seller states that payment must be made by PayPal within 72 hours of auciton's finish.
Seller has very strict "Bidder Requirements."  Seems a bit heavy handed (bidder requirements come even before the item description), but that's just me  :) .

I am surprised at the final amount, they are not that rare but I guess the fact that you could get all four items in one fell swoop makes the lot more appealing.
