I have a few of those.  They're very high-quality reproductions of the originals; no smudging that I've seen, and the artwork retains detail if you look at it under a magnifying glass.  Text is crisp and bindings are sound.  The problem, however, is that they're so small that they're truly a novelty only.

On the other hand, I've gotten much more use out of my World of Greyhawk mini boxed set - the poster maps are faithfully reproduced, and each is only a bit larger than a sheet of 8x11 paper.  These are extremely useful in play, and look great.

I think someone may have unloaded excess warehouse stock of the Twenty First Century Game releases - they were hard to find for 2 years, and now all of a sudden they're everywhere.
