Including (originally at least) most of the big selling points for the LE, of the author's original signature and limited print run and numbering.

If you don't count the map and the reproduction of the original MS notes, then no, there are no differences at all.
So it seems that there is NO difference whatsoever in the actual LE and SE modules themselves.
