Finally back in Denmark.  Damn, too bad I hadn't thought of looking you guys up while I was suffering in the DRY county of Irving.

Well, next time.  I've gotta see that closet!   :D

BTW, fun reading the Dallas Morning News, and all the Cowboys coverage in the sports section.  I'll tell you, if the SB comes down to Patriots-Cowboys, I'm going to be a Cowboys convert overnight!

Let mirth prevail!

It would be a shame to convert and lose, Stephen.

The Cowboys have their own seperate section in sports on gamedays and the day after....brilliant!
Could have warned you about Irving...just a few miles west to my city, Euless, we could have fixed you up with a few nice cold ones......!

But let us know anyway if you have any sort of layover.....

Looks like I'm only in DFW for about 1 hour 15 minutes (assuming my flights are even on time  ):  I think you should stay with the football, Mike---I probably can't even get out and immediately turn around to go through security again in that time frame....

PS -  Anyone receive their BC yet (I didn't, alas...).

Ouch, forgot about the modern miracle of ass whipping time waste that is security, blast it.  Otherwise that would be plenty of time to catch a bite to eat or something....oh well. Have a good trip, and keep us in mind if you blow through and have a longer stopover.  And if you are going to be longer (if the flight gets delayed or something) give me a call, you should still have my number from Gencon.....
And no Bottle City here yet.....

I haven't gotten anything yet, including the module.

I never got my copy of Tower of Blood either, for that matter. Though Deogolf was good enough to send me a spare copy he had.

Luckily, I have hirez PDFs of it all.

My pleasure, JB! It was the least I could do!  :)

Haven't seen or heard anything here on BC.

A few days ago, I got a USPS notification of an oversized envelope labeled "DO NOT FOLD, DO NOT BEND", so maybe I'm in luck. I'll find out tomorrow morning, when I finally have a chance to get to the post office to pick it up.

Maybe a module, maybe a check. Hopefully both. Probably neither.

I finally heard back from Rob yesterday:  he was down with pneumonia, but is almost back on his feet.  He'll be posting here and on the PPP boards soon with updates on BC.

My understanding of Rob's pre-pneumonia-status was that Rob took delivery of the BC books from the printer around the 5th of October, and would begin to ship them on the 8th-ish.  From his "hey I'm not dead" email to me, it sounds like none of those copies got out the door (as evinced by no one here or on PPP having received copies yet).  So, he'll begin shipping them soon, though I don't exactly when yet, or how recovered he is (i.e., if he'll be able to ship at a quick rate or not).

I'm also heading out of town from Thursday to the following Saturday, so I'm not likely to be able to provide regular updates (at least until Monday or so, when I'll be back in CA for work).

Keep the faith---great rewards and hideous death are nigh at hand! :D :D

Latest update from Rob is at http://p085.ezboard.com/fpiedpiperpubli ... 61&stop=75

Rob Kuntz wrote:BC is shipping and my health is slowly coming back to normal after a huge bout with pneumonia.

I will be emailing an update to all sponsors and supporters of PPP as to the direction of the company, that is, after I get the BC mailed along with all the other stockpiled orders.

My apologies for the delay and to those who haven't gotten immediate responses from me by mail or phone.
