Thanks, Jason!!

Just an update - the next round went out today. Next load will go out on Thursday and some more possibly on Saturday.

Nice of you guys to mail out the LE's first....very good idea since those guys paid a lot.  Can't wait for my copy, I'm very happy to see everything is finally going on schedule.  John you and Allan get big gold stars for helping make this happen.

Thanks, Mike!  If I recall correctly, Rob mentioned to me that your order was in the batch that just went out! Should be getting it in the next couple of days!

Hi Deogolf -

Any idea on when the international orders will go out? Are they mixed in with the USA copies, or will they go out in one batch afterwards?

Regards

Mike

Someone in Germany (Sir Clarence, I believe) said that he'd received his. So, who knows?

A general PPP directional/future update from Rob:

RJK on PPP boards wrote:I am discussing this with several outside parties interested in PPP's future and will have a general announcement ready at the conclusion of these talks which could take upwards of 2-4 weeks.

During that time I will be releasing The Stalk, the Boreal Level and The Machine Level to keep the company product flow at least at a minimum; following that ERK's Arcane Treasury & Daemonic & Arcane are due to go into production. The Stalk is 1,000 words away from being finished and I have already begun writing The Boreal Level.

There is also a good chance that in 6-8 weeks time that we will be able to release PPP's first novel--The Twelve Labors of Drystaff, penned by me in 1988--but more on that later. The FC art is near finished for it (by Herman Lau) and we are looking at the edit done for it by our esteemed Gronan, this as of yesterday.

All other projections are on hold until the conclusion of the business talks, which are so far, I am happy to say, 100% positive.

Sounds like Rob is finally getting outside help/backing...great news.  An entity like PPP is just too much for one man to run, particularly if health issues pop up.  Hopefully Rob will end up being more of an idea man, adventure writer or creative force and others can handle the business aspects...I wish him luck.

So now that the module has been released, what do you think?

A) Best module ever!  I'm not sure how I got along without it.
B) Pretty good module.  I'll incorporate into one of my existing campaigns!
C) Good module.  Has some interesting ideas and encounters. Will play.
D) OK module.  Ok to read.  Ambivalent about playing or DM'ing.
E) Bad module.  Problematic encounters and structure.
F) Pretty bad module.  Are you serious?  A V8-golem.  Will not play!
G) Worst module ever!  I wouldn't send this thing to C-tard in an M-bag!

I'm looking to hear your feedback since I missed the pre-order for the limited edition and have not ordered the standard edition from PPP yet.

Thanks in advance.  :D  :D  :D

Dave---I wouldn't be worried at this point; I also ordered LEs and haven't rec'd mine yet either.  Rob said over on his boards that he's about 50% through with shipping orders, so your copies (and mine) are likely just in the bottom half (so to speak) of those being shipped.

IIRC Rob is shipping the standard version first.

I re-read Rob's thread on the PPP forums and the standard editions are definitely being sent out first. The reason being that the limited edition needs a non-standard mailer.

The Post Office will also only allow Rob to mail 25-30 packages at a time. So please be patient.

Another health/shipping update from Rob:

RJK on PPP boards wrote:I have been receiving lots of inquiries about the outstanding orders, which is to be expected. I am way behind with these and I apologize.

My doctor ordred me to slow down and go at a ceartin speed, which I am far outstripping at this time, betting upon what used to be a good constitution of mine.

I do find myself sleeping extra long and taking more naps as of the last week as I have been pushing getting so many things done.

I just ask the supporters of PPP to add a little more patience as I am mailing orders about every three days and all of them up until a month ago will be fulfilled in the next 10-14 days.

That's the best I can do. My energy has returned, but if not properly nursed with me being a one-man show here, I'll be in trouble again. I do hope everyone understands and my apologies for the unforseen health issues that have overtaken me, but I'm working through it with help from others.

Rob Kuntz

Good to hear Rob is feeling better, and at least trying to heed the doc!

Oh, and I received my copy today!!! The maps are cool, and I look forward to a good read.

Cheers
