Imagine that. That would unquestionably be the shadiest thing someone could do.

Perhaps Jaybird216 was pointing out absurdity by being himself absurd.

LOL, thanks for getting the joke.  Frankly, Deogolf did the work, and they are his copies; so, it would be completely legitimate of he wanted to sell them --especially if all of this has him in a financial bind...  I'm not so sure what Deadlord finds so "shadiest" about the prospect.  But of course I realized you were kidding...

bonk!

They're Deogolf's copies, though. If I wanted one, I'd have to risk being sniped at the last second like everyone else. YOU BLEW IT UP! YOU MANIACS! ;)

Deo was good enough to send me one of his copies of Tower of Blood, when I never received my contributor's copy.

Jay: you need to get to the next Gencon dude. its gonna be a blast (again).....the four of us there are the Acaeum Mafia :)

we're gonna be doing some gaming n stuff so you should zip along and come enjoy the time there.

i'm going to stay out of this discussion for my own reasons.

i just hope Rob gets well and things all work themselves out. it would be a shame to lose good products from a section of the industry that could do with them.

Are we nearly there yet?

Exactly. The Texas Acaeum Mafia Underground would kick our ass if we tried to use their name. Their very existence is a closely-guarded secret.

What is the difference between underground and aboveground in Texas? It's all dry dirt.

I dont know what that other guy is talking about.  The only mafia in Texas is the Mexican Mafia...they make really good tamales and that is about it.

As for the "dry dirt" thing....you should come and check out the feedlots.  All the dirt there is covered in cow crap so I wouldnt know if it is dry or not.  :?

There is no such thing as the Texas Acaeum Mafia Underground, and anyone questioning this has disappeared....

Just thought I'd drop a quick note to let you know that Rob is looking better and things are progressing.

Stopped by his place for a few minutes to drop off some shipping supplies (bags & backing boards). Looks like things are heading in the right direction.  :)

How does Rob plan to ship?  I assume via USPS media mail like Cairn came to me?  The reason I ask is I've changed addresses since I ordered Bottle City, and while my superb mail carrier will know to redirect any 'old address' mail to me, FedEx and UPS will not.  I know I could send an email but with everything that's going on over there, I'd rather not create any confusion with my order if it's going out USPS anyway.  Thanks.
