A naked albino dwarf with six digits on each limb, patchy body hair and a moderate case of psoriasis.

Small red-haired guy, very thin and pale.  Likes to read his own "writing".

Greyhawk Ruins - Cheap

(For Australians that is, thank GOD for the Sub Prime problems in the US and their market teetering on the perilous brink of recession. 8O

This rules out US bids, got to love the Aussie dollars value right now. )

The Fringe Dweller lets out a mirthful laugh at the rantings of the pedestal gods, chained in their gilded cages. The town criers voice pierces the silence with more messages of character assassination - living on the Fringe has its merits.

Your schadenfreude is not an endearing quality!  However, with the Labor Party winning big down under recently, expect socio-economic tinkering that will bring Australia's market to its knees soon...

In the meantime --and more on-topic --take a look at the item in the auction that Fringe Dweller has mentioned, this copy of Greyhawk Ruins.  Notice the somewhat nicked right, cover-front opening edge.  This nickage runs the lengh of the cover edge...  I have *two* other copies of this module with the exact same "problem", and one was bought new back when the product was first released.  Has anyone else noticed their copies of Greyhawk Ruins exhibit this same problem?  Or better yet, seen many without the problem?  It's almost as though during printing the cover cutting device might not have made a clean cut on that edge?

Just an observation.

Not too bad of a BIN considering the going price for these.

I got this item as part of a lot earlier this year. It's great...and lots of fun. A wee bit on the uber-geek side, but still a great product.

:)

Don't see it on eBay much, so figured I'd post it here.

Indeed. She looks a hell of a lot like an old girlfriend of mine, minus the sword and chainmail. Is the mod any good? I have it, but I don't think I've ever read it.

If 'minus the chainmail' is how you remember her, it must have been a consummate relationship...

She was rock stupid. I dated her most of my freshman year in college, along with a few other chicks. Well, the dates didn't consist of much else besides going to the submarine races, but that was all she was good for.
Most of the redheads I've known were fairly smart, barring her. I think Howard portrays Sonja as relatively smart, IIRC.
I do find it interesting that the modules that TSR produced that included characters/worlds from the sword-and-sorcery literary works were strictly Howard's.

I went out with a redhead once - no hair, just a red head 8O (another one for the old jokes graveyard!!)
