Just for future reference (in case you are serious about this), if you want it, don't post it here.  Also, do not presume that even though you posted it first, that no one else has already seen it.  Pretty much any interesting item is found by a number of people here whether it gets posted or not.  This forum does not adhere to a "I saw it first so you can't bid" type of philosophy so don't get your feathers ruffled if you don't win auctions you post.

On the same note, I am completely surprised that Brian hadn't already found the auction before he BIN'd it - he must be slacking ;)

You definitely do owe Brian a reach-around at least. Quite a nice gesture on his part.

i agree - and he's sorting me some biz as well, so hes a good lad :)

I have one of those Dragon Raids. I'm looking to get the uber-special deluxe edition. Its not a bad game, per se, but I used to play it when I was forced to church and they looked at me weird when I said "D&D." Imagine that. Would not mind getting a second... :evil

Yeah, this is an interesting bunch from what little I've observed.  We do seem to look out for each other sometimes, and we help each other from time to time, and when someone gets out of line(like Daycon & Coug) we tattle big time. :D   Honor is highly respected more often than not and humor is enjoyed.  Knowledge is sought and found.  Mostly, we just have fun 'cause we understand each other.

You got lucky bclarkie bought it and was generous. :wink:

I have Dragonraid too. Interesting story, too. I've had several items I shipped out (all overseas) end up damaged, or waterlogged, but only one I received that got damaged. It was Raid. Looked like someone took a metal rod and punched it halfway thru the package. Strange, it's the only religiously-based item I ever bought. Except for every D&D book, which we all know is based on devil worshiping.

Yeah, posting an item here is considered very nice and polite... but you better not do it if you have a strong interest. I generally follow these guidelines:

- if it's an item I plan to bid upon, I don't post it;
- if it's an item I plan to bid upon AND it's misspelled or somehow hard to notice, I DEFINITELY don't post it and keep an eye on this thread to check if someone else did!
- if it's an item I don't want, then I could (and sometimes do, but most of the times someone else did) post it, especially if it's misspelled and I noticed it by mere luck;
- if it's a set of items by a seller, I might post it even if there's something I want. Someone would post it anyway.

Yes, I know we're all fellows here, but everyone collects for his own and not for the others... Mors tua, vita mea.

Seller kman130 has a lot with an AD&D Trivia Game.  The game may or may not be complete due to some confusion over the card count.  The lot also has two (in-use) Dragonskin book covers.

This seller has copies of several of the 21st Century Games miniature AD&D rule books, including some of the more difficult to find ones like the Players Handbook and Unearthed Arcana.  Here's a link to the Players Handbook.

I've filled in the few I was missing.   :D

This guy is simply amazing. He keeps 'finding in the warehouse' a lot of out of print 21st Century Games books, for example the Italian editions of the Creature Companion and the 1920 Investigator Handbook for CoC that I buy en masse and I resell for a nice profit. I wonder about his identity  :?  but I always get great deals and fine service  :D

Sincere thanks for your "eagle eyes!"  I've been looking for this (and the DMG) forever.  Bought two PHs but he doesn't appear to have the DMG :cry:   Anyone know of any Miniature DMGs available?

You're welcome, simrion.  I knew from previous posts that there were others here looking for these books.

I have only seen the DMG on ebay as a part of large sets, lately.  I managed to find a copy with a $5 BIN a while back.  I would recommend an ebay search set to email you when new items are found.  It takes fairly complex search criteria to weed out most of the noise, but it can be done.

I'm glad to hear that he's a good seller, Alexander.  Thanks.

Or even better, post a nice item link that's ending right around the same time as the one you want to buy, so everyone will be looking at that instead ;)  :P
