Interesting, yet kind of strange lot here:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

3rd print Woody right there in the middle, pretty rough though.  Also what appears to be a 3rd edition 1st printing Chainmail, a 2nd print Greyhawk, a later orinting Sutherland Basic Set and a whole bunch of modules.  :)  Have fun!

Bad pic, looks like possibly a lizard logo on the box.  (oooh, my eyes, hard to say, maybe not...)

Nice looking sixth print white box set.  Very nice looking.  Shrinkwrapped if I see the pic right.  Hold on, the buyer is describing the interior (?)

Have sent a question...

Likely, the picture is a stock photo, maybe even culled from The Acaeum itself, since the auction mentions the site.

Yes, that pic is definitely lifted from the site:

I know this because I have seen it so many times before...

I can tell because you can see the wizards arm jutting out on the right hand side, of which the lizard man looks more sqaure because of the staff its holding.  :)

I would ask if the seller ships internationally if the only indication they ship US only is the eBay default fields.  After I downloaded the latest version of Turbo Lister, I didn't realize until after I started some auctions that its default setting is US only for shipping.  I had to go back and change it to worldwide, and the way to do that is "hidden" behind the main fields so many sellers may not know about it.  If they specify in the seller delineated auction description 'US only' then there's no chance, otherwise it doesn't hurt to ask.

I agree with VermilionFire here: it's worth asking.

Personally, unless the seller specifically states in their item description that they'll only ship to a given region, I find that there's no harm in checking to see if they'll ship elsewhere.  I know I've often asked, and I generally get back a response of "sure, but it will cost more to ship". ;)

One misspelling of "rare" is ok but for that second one in the item description he's gonna have to toss a quarter in the bucket.

My Dad once told me that if I didnt take out the trash he was going to shove "one of those damn D&D books" up my ass.  Maybe this guy's dad told him the same thing....and actually did it.
