Too bad you wont use Paypal or ship outside the USA. I think this one woulda been gone by now otherwise. For my own protection, I will not even bid on listings for $200 if I cannot use Paypal and I have friends outside the USA who are BIG gamers and collectors. Especially in England and Italy.
