Tempted to ask for a picture of the box. The books are... meh, pretty easy to get. Good boxes? Not so much, though not impossible.

I sent him a PM with the same question.  No answer.  And as Aneoth stated the seller probably wont respond.  The box is most likely from an OCE and looks like garbage.  :?

Yeah I told him in that same E-Mail that a good picture of the box would go far in getting more bids for the listing.

This one has been up before.  I see he has lowered the BUY-IT-NOW by $50.

Here's the old auction:

Well....the guy sent me a reply.  The box is a 4th or 5th and is pretty nice looking.  So his original description of the box was not very accurate at all.

Yeah. Pity about the name. If you bought it and displayed it in a cabinet, everyone's first question would be "Who is G. Kjaksgaard?"

That lot though also has some of the orange top tearing character and game reference sheets only used at TSR. Haven't seen many of those

Man, I saw the photo of that, ouch. Reminds me of the Silver Age Fantastic Four comics I bought that were in great shape, with the name "Candy Moser" written prominently across the cover in INK.  Through the years, I've seen other silver age titles (Spiderman, etc) inscribed with the Moser sig.  Talking to other collectors, it seems Ms Moser scribbled in ink across the cover of a very extensive Silver Age collection she had, which is now floating around (you can spot pieces of it by the sobs of frustration from collectors who come across an otherwise nice copy of say, Spiderman #14, only to find the Moser sig slapped on Spiderman's ass....)

It'll go for a ton.  I've been wondering when he would start breaking out the heavy stuff.  Some really cool items in this current batch of auctions.
