No.

Obviously some effort was put into making it look legit though.  The fact that is contains non-TSR items and has a random assortment of products included pretty much insures that it is not.

Reported. If a few other people report it, I imagine it'll be shot down.

I remember this guy has been selling the Ares PDF compilation for a long time.  It looks like he has expanded his business now to include other PDF collections as well: SPI UNIVERSE: Collector's CD-ROM & Accessory Pack SPI ARES Magazine Archive 2x CD Set Adobe PDF THE ZONE Series E-Books 1-10 CD Version by James Rouch GDW Twilight 2000 Complete 1st Edition DVD Set GDW Twilight 2000 V2.2 Complete 2nd Edition DVD Set AH PANZER GRUPPE Panzer Blitz, Leader DVD PDF CHALLENGER Modern Wargame Collection CD PDF TSR Original Dungeons & Dragons 1974 and beyond CD PDF He has 5 of these up now.  If you want to report them all at once, cut and past these Ebay auction numbers into the form:

It looks like he has sold a number of them already.  Also interesting how his price has increased for some of them too.  SPI Universe started out as $10 then $20 now $25.

At the bottom of the auction page, in the Other options section there is a link to "Report this item".

That brings you to list of choices.  I usually select for Step 1: Counterfeits and copyright violations; Step 2: Bootlegs and Counterfeit media; Step 3: Media on Recordable formats.  You then click continue and use the "email us" option and paste in the auction numbers and click send.

I generally use "photocopies of copyrighted materials".  However, the more reports they get the better.

I noticed the seller no longer has the Twilight 2000 compilations available but had them up about a week ago.  Far Future Enterprises sells the compilations on their website here: http://www.farfuture.net/t2kv1.html But the ones that the Ebay seller has up look nothing like the ones FFE sells.  And his versions are DVD while the FFE versions are CD-ROM.  The next time the seller has them on Ebay it might be worth sending Marc Milller a heads up (since I believe he is at least part owner of FFE) and report the infringement to him as well.  A nice cease and desist email to the seller and Ebay would probably be extremely effective.

Its not aweful.  This is the long box edition so it sometimes cost a bit more to ship it.

Second edition, I believe ... the first was in smaller box with a vertical orientation.

Well, technically, the first edition would have been the one in Dragon, but you know what I mean ...
