Gah! I loathe sellers who spam their own titles ... "SPI, AH, TSR" ... like any of those three companies are relevant here (yes, AH did do a version of Cosmic, but this doorknob almost assuredly doesn't even realize it).

This was a hot eBay trick ... back in 1999. Now it's just pathetic.

Guilty. I do the same thing from time to time; especially with items from the smaller wargame segment. And truthfully, I came across while searching out some SPI stuff. But I also started selling in 1999 and I cross-named lots of stuff when that market required it.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

This guy has quite a hoard of good stuff. From the pictures vs. description it seems as if he is very conservative in his condition grading as well. Too bad half of it is out of reach of my budget, and the other half I'm not interested in :).

ok, I've been away for a while but i have to admit, the B3 on ebay you'all been talking about made me take a look...

Having browsed the comment chain on this I too have to admit I bought one from Aaron back in 2003, so you can add me to the "box".

My SW copy was slightly warped but nowhere near as bad as this one.

$900+ is a bit too high for me on this guy...

1987 TSR Spring Catalog Books & Games

** expired/removed eBay auction **

(Somehow I haven't seen this one before. Weird, garish cover).

The same seller also has a poster with cover from the 1980 Gateway to Adventure catalog:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

And a poster with the original DMG cover:

He sold the MM cover that sold last week (which I forgot to bid on, alas...).

UK Basic Rules 5th. Combines PM and DMM into one nice sized paperback. Condition hardly pristine and looks like will only ship within UK. Also zero rated seller. Could be worth a look, though :

Lucky her! - I heard today that since the introduction of the congestion charge, pollution in central London has dropped so significantly that Londoners will live, on average, 20 hours longer

(and its up to £17 already - anyone want to guess the final price)

Currently the congestion charge is £8 a day on cars and lorries moving inside the central London zone between the hours of 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.  Unless you live IN the zone - when you get a 90% discount. :D  :D

The proposals are for varying the charge according to your vehice.  If I recall correctly 4x4s will be hardest hit - driving your jeep grand cherokee or range rover through the centre will go up to £25.  They are also proposing discounts for cars which have low emissions.

I love it - it has made a real difference to where I live, and certainly made cycling more fun

...edited to add that Porsche is threatening a legal challenge if the proposals go through as it will affect high-performance sports cars too

Technically not on eBay, but it's a 1st woodgrain so I thought I'd mention it:

(other interesting items include a TD18 w/mailing cover, and a 5th OD&D box too).

A few Metamorphosis Alpha auctions:

The first auction states that a page has been detached and another one is missing but seller thinks it was a character sheet.  Dont have mine around to check at the moment.

Two dollar handling fee on the auction though in addition to shipping charges.  :?

There is an unperforated character sheet on the 4th-to-last page. Booklets of them are offered by mail at the bottom of the page, something I had never heard of & which must be pretty rare. Anyone out the got one?

That's one of our Acaeum members, but I can't imagine why he wouldn't list it on eBay as the audience is much larger.  (Unless the listing fees have really gone over-the-top lately, I haven't been paying close attention.)
