Modelling clay (hmmm).

And, less eccentric..  This guy has some nice module multi-lots (like this one) for sale.  They might not show up on an 'other items' search on ebay as he hasn't marked them for sale beyond the UK (i.e they do show up on ebay.co.uk).  But some of his items are marked for worldwide - so I suspect he would sell these overseas too.

that's the new ebay view. Not sure yet myself

Is that a UK-only rollout for now? I'm not seeing that layout for any searches I do through the "regular" www.ebay.com site.

I can't say I like it.  Not for the information layout, the tabs, or anything like that.  Rather, because it's been designed with one particular screen resolution in mind and looks like crap otherwise.

Say what you will about the current view, but at least it scales well to different screen widths.  With this new one, they've designed it assuming that you're running at a screen resolution of 1024-pixels wide.

Go above, and you get a giant white space to the right -- bad graphic design. :x
Go below, and you get a horizontal scroll bar -- bad usability design. :x :x

Ah, the good old days of assuming a given screen size.  Next you're going to be seeing an animated button saying "Get Microsoft Internet Explorer Now!", mark my words. ;)

Yup. Think it might be .co.uk only thus far.  Agree with the points above.

Those wallets of holding turn up quite frequently. From time to time Sellers make out that they are rare and put thm up for big$$$

On a different note. This is the first time I have seen Alignment Dice put up by our fellow member burntwire brothers. I am surprised at the price though - already over $40

$2610 was lower than  I thought it might go, though probably about right - I'd be interested to know how much TFM's snipe was. (and do we know what those pictures are - I can't remember if it was discussed?)

Okay, not a particularly interesting item but it caught my eye. Check out he user name and the whole item description - talk about vent your spleen!! (though he does talk a lot of sense, just perhaps goes about it the wrong way!)

I spent a while humming and ha-ing about what level to set an electronic snipe.  In the end it was too low (so didn't show up).  Really hard to say.  Pros: Nice looking box and books and ref. sheets.  Cons: loose pages in the centre of books, and a bust box corner.  I wouldn't have worried about the name in ink.  I couldn't tell from the pics exactly how good the books were.  All in all a hard call.  When I logged on this morning I was half hoping I had won and half that I had lost.  Although that could just be me - you should see me trying to choose wine in a restaurant

The pics are (I think) just cut outs or copies from other supplements - the seller said that they fit in the box - so are presumably not the fabled (mythical) D&D Prints (which are supposed to be 8.5" X 11" reproductions of some of art from the rulebooks).
