I like how something can be 'Near Mint' and discoloured...

Perhaps they are an ex-Troll & Toad employee!

A few weeks ago, this seller had another monochrome AD&D module described as near mint but it was evident on the picture that the condition was very good to fine, not near mint. Seller answered to a question explaining that there was in fact some discoloration and other flaws....

Perhaps this seller's descriptions are standard, he has many SW items, some of them seem in great condition. It's the same seller that has an orange B3.

At least he posts a picture of the actual item he is selling, instead of a "stock" picture.

I would stay far away from this seller, lots of mega high prices, lots of shrink, lots of damage beneath the shrink.

$22.00 to ship?

I would have filed a complaint had I noticed this earlier. A priority mail box is only around $11.50 with delivery confirmation, give or take?

Edited 05.26.10 - He DID change his title to reflect his. So maybe he's not that bad of a guy after all...

Look who the seller is. I somehow doubt he knows the diff between a 1st and 3rd. Probably thinks all monochromes are 1st prints and the G1-2-3 combo is 2nd.

Or $70 uninsured international rate.

(I sent an Inverness and Rahasia in separate, insured heavy-duty boxes to the other side of the world for about $10 less than that... :))

Have a look at this original item title

9217 FR2 Moonshae Oriental Adventures Sealed MINT

http://cgi.ebay.com/9217-FR2-Moonshae-O ... 5d29427460

It's well known that the Moonshae Isles are .... in the Far East of the Forgotten Realms...  Exactly the opposite. Funny.

Here's an auction titled "Dungeons & Dragons Expert Rule Book"

This would get a chuckle in and of itself,

You are bidding on just the box.  Rules are NOT included.

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Except...

the seller listed the rule book separately under the same auction title...

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Does the seller think this scheme is going to generate more $$$ separately??? :)
