Love this guy's pleading for a sale in the second paragraph:

"I am in deep dog poo as I racked up $3,000 dollars worth in fines to the government."

you'd feel so confident sending this guy money wouldn't you!?

(lets face it, those DSR stars aren't really relevant when you're on the run from the law :D  :D )

Don't jinx my bid!

Then again, my losing this acution would be a good thing.  I had to neg at least two different sellers today because items were incomplete and damaged.  In order to keep the incomplete-complete balance, I now completely hate eBay.  I expect items that are not listed by an Acaeum member to be missing bits (maps, pages, booklets) or be damaged (torn, taped, pencil, pen, marker).  Febreeze and smoke is a new addition to my collection.

As for this seller, serving time in jail should take some of the fine away and give him an excuse for shipping the items late.  :)

That's OK, we make exceptions for you, Poofrog! if he is really in a world of shit, one would be nuts to buy from him. You might end up having to return ship to Alcatraz.

I found this one quite funny. (Circus theme music). Step right up. Step right up folks. This classic module available on Amazon for only a billion dollars and the Amazon Seller has lousy feedback compared to me. I'm willing to start the bidding on a similar item for.....

Besides, you will always win on the "significantly different than description" PayPal dispute: I mean, really, the seller never said it came with vowels!

His description is as clear as it could be..

it is:

Sorry. I was not clear. I am paraphrasing the Seller. If you read his opening sales pitch, he states the item is available from an Amazon Seller who has lousy feedback compared to himself with 100%. i.e. why buy an item with scuffing on the cover for $47 from an Amazon Seller with 96% feedback. He has one in NM condition, has 100% feedback and will start the bidding at a mere $26.

I always find it amusing when Sellers refer to Amazon as silly prices abound amongst the Second Hand book sellers that list there.

However, I know that particular Seller to be very good. His 'I wanna sell second hand cars' sales pitch made me chuckle. I'll edit my original post to make it more clear.
