And apparently it costs $18 to ship it to Canada.  How's the US shipping on it?  Just as bad?

Here's a quote from the seller:

International buyers please be aware shipping is higher for international first class or international priority mail, but we will try and ship a item the cheapest way we can

They charge Canadians $20.65 for shippingand overseas buyers $28.40.  Maybe the seller doesn't realize that a single book can fit into a Priority mail flat-rate envelope for a lot less?

It would cost $7.99 for the seller to ship to me and I just happen to live in Boise, ID too.

New in package? Like, he'll gift wrap it for you? I honestly tried to understand...and it just didn't work. Maybe you guys will have better luck. :)

Maybe the picture isn't the one he is selling?  One time a guy listed a new shrink wrapped B11 or B12 with a photo of a very used module.  When asked about it he said that he didn't have time to post a photo of the shrink wrapped item so he just used an old photo he had.  It turned out to indeed be shrink wrapped.

It's hard to take anyone seriously when they come from a town named Dudley.

The price is a bit much, but the title made me chuckle:

. . . http://cgi.ebay.com/gammagammagammalord ... dZViewItem

"gammagammagammalordknightsong"?

------------------------

This one made me wince: "RARE lot of The Dragon magazines 4 DUNGEONS and DRAGONS", where the "4" means "For", and number of magazines is 15.

How in the world did you find that? Does any of that nonsense actually show up in a standard eBay title search?

Maybe a search for "gamm*" or "gamma*" . . .

I search both auction titles and descriptions to catch such, uh, uniquely-titled auctions.

You know....if you are going to continue to coin the phrase "jumble of shit" without giving proper credit, you are going to have to start paying me royalties.

Same goes for anyone using the term "asshat".  :D

Looks like it.  Also looks like there's a Bunnies & Burrows right beside it.

"gammagammagammalordknightsong"?

The buyer (with BIN) is lordknightsong. This clearly means that the auction was put there just for him. A private agreement which was put on eBay for an extra feedback, I assume.

And a Thieves World book, don't think its one of the modules.  This guy needs to sort his stuff and sell in better lots.

I believe it's a Thieve's World adventure "The Spirit Stones" published by FASA in 1982.

The letter in the Gold Banner could be a "T" and The Spirit Stones is the only one I can find with the letters that close to the left edge.

Ah yeah you are right on the module aspect, the glare made me question it, thought maybe that was a 'D' and it being 'Dark Assassin' but checking out the covers seems you are correct.
