I'm sure it won't be up for long - a few too many f-bombs.

WOW, that's funny.  I think it was meant to say "got a little shelf wear" instead of "a little shit shelf wine".

In other words, great condition! (if you ignore the missing covers)

I think the "Posted with eBay Mobile" tag at the end explains it all.

Wow, now that I have stopped laughing, if I sell a house with three walls and no roof would that qualify as a "decent shape" fixer-upper?  I mean no disrespect, but as I look at my well loved Kool-Aid stained books with pencil marks, etc. from over 20 years of gaming, those books at least have covers.  I wish this person well in his/her sales, but... snigger... sorry can't stop laughing.

"MINT"

(... well, except for those pesky holes ... )

Maybe "mint" is referring to the flavor rather than the condition.

More of a groaner than laughable...

States a 'first print', which usually means the seller thinks all DMGs with the efreet are 1st print, and the Easley cover to be the second.

Unless one takes the time to glance at the title sheet, where it clearly states 'revised edition', which would indicate at least one prior printing.

Read the book, people!

Isn´t this still a copyright infringement, even if the books are 30+ years old? I´ve recently seen color copies of D&D3 for sale as well.

Looking at the pictures it seems that at least some of the material in them is photocopied, making its sale a big no-no. But at least they're "in good condition and complete".  :P

I know a girl, used to be a stunning airheaded blonde with sweet fun bags, whose last name was Titcomb. Her mother's maiden name? Polecock. Talk about screwed.

Know what? I saw them on sale - again.

Probably, old copyright infringement comes under the "rare archeological finds", and so it is allowed. ;)

I probably have this in the wrong topic because it's not silly, actually I thought it was pretty cool. This seller had this up for quite a while and dropped his price to $99 a few months ago and it finally sold last week.

A 1st print DMG in pretty much blah shape. But the inscription from Grandma, to me, was priceless - and so authentic. Well, maybe not priceless. I thought about shooting him an offer, but I really didn't want to pay half of that because of the condition. I'm glad he found someone to appreciate it.
