Just wanted to say I missed visiting with you folks last night - I was working out of town and just got back in time to grab a couple of kids and hit the midnight sale of the last Harry Potter book.

Anyone who has not given the Friday night chat a try should do it - great fun. I will be travelling the next 3 Fridays, but hope to cozy up to a computer, required drink in hand, and say hello.

Wow, I didn't even have the required drink in hand this week, have to stock up for next week.....

Maybe a live blog from Gencon Friday night in a few weeks? Who knows who might show up....?

Well . . . I registered, but I still don't know if I'll ever be able to make a chat session . . .

Friday night is pretty late for me! I'll have already worked a night shift all week long, so by Friday evening I'm pretty much a zombie and looking to crash at around 8:00 pm.

There is a simple solution to this problem. Determine a time when you will be around, and advertise it in this thread. There's no need for everyone to attempt to attend the Friday evening session...the chat's up 24/7. Just let everybody know when you're about!

Also...there was talk of "live" reports from GenCon attendees...anybody still game to do so?

Supposedly our rooms at the Marriott have free wireless..and I'll have my laptop with me, so I plan on some live "in the room" blogs, and whereever I can haul my laptop to and still get internet access. Should be fun. Maybe even live blog Al's TPK game of Tegel Manor......or another session if we get something up. I'm going to raid the game closet this week and see what beer and pretzel types I've got that might be a good Acaeum member get together..the original dungeon! (in the original box) anyone???

i will bring *something* for us to game no matter what it is. hopefully i will know what by the weekend and we can get everyone to roll characters up this weekend? what do you think?
