Why? I've never been helped by disaster relief & can't foresee ever needing it, so it's not fair to tax my wages for other people. Taxation is theft, unless it's used for something sane like defense or manned space exploration. America only accounts for about 45% of the world's military expenditures, which means the rest of the world spends 55%, a dangerous gap. I didn't train circus seals in the desert just to see it all fail because we spent our money on something wussy like disaster relief.
