Okay, I can see he can be irritating at times, though.  But I'm glad he's out there.

At TIMES?!?!?   Sorry for going somewhat off-topic . . . but Olberman was done when he left sports and tried to do news & commentary; he reminds me of an out-of-control, out-of-his-mind Bryant Gumbel.

Q:  Negrodaumus, why do white people like Wayne Brady?

A:  White people like Wayne Brady because Wayne Brady makes Bryant Gumble look like Malcom X.

I'm an Emo Kid!!!

....

(sadly enough I used to be "goth/whatever" when I was 16-20, now at 26 I'm just as classed as weird/different - because I still like alterntaive stuff, but can't be bothered with all the make up etc).

I happen to be a lawyer licensed in Washington State.  (I know, but please don't hate me!)  If Dayecon files anything in Washington (fat chance), let me know.  It would be fun to bit**slap him in court.

By the way, Dayecon is not listed with the Secretary of State as an LLC.  For $175, somebody could incorporate under that name and tell him to quit using it.  Actually, since intellectual property is not my area of expertise, I'm not sure how it would work if he was using the name as a dba first, but its a funny idea, you gotta admit.

I would, except Dayecock is such a queer sounding name, I would have to have it associated with myself....

You're absolutely right.  I much prefer "Nightcock", myself.  That is, in the context of naming a corporation...

By his logic, if I said "I feel Microsoft overcharges somewhat for its products," in this or any other forum, MS would be able to sue? Rather than trademark infringement, I think Dayecon might be able to sue for slander, since his fine reputation {gag} is being impuned upon.

I think we should send him an actual letter written on a lawyer's stationary, saying something contrary to his suit, or better yet, threatening to countersue for attempted First Amedment infringement.

It's now set to "private."  :) I think we might have hurt his feelings ...

For those who missed it, DAYECON'S MySpace blog was about how stuff was, like, unfair and stuff ... and that, like, some stuff sucked ... and, like, you know, some other stuff sort of made him mad ... and, and, and ... it's all too much; I'm getting all emo.

Thanks.  Now I'm going to have nightmares of that baby crawling on the ceiling again.

Did those nightmares happen to be inspired by an Orson Scott Card short story with the baby on ceiling scenario?
That gave me nightmares for quite a while.  8O
