See that doesn't even bother me.  To be quite honest if I was a neutral third party, that kind of petulent crap would scare me away from an auction listing.  I mean when you read such highlights from the auction such as this:

if $9.00 shipping scares you, don't bid.

this:

I mean I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would bid on anything he is auctioning, with that 13 year old tantrum that he continues to include in every single one of his auctions.   Seriously, if even assuming that he is 100% correct and he got treated poorly here for absolutely no reason(which he didn't, he is an asshat), but if you are a third party who knows nothing about this guy, wouldn't that petulent ranting that fills half of his auction description scare you away, because how is he/she going to act if "you" have an issue with his auction(no matter what the issue is)?   Likely, you would expect for him to hold is breath until his face turns all red and then start crying and jumping up and down screaming at the top of his lungs.  Who the hell wants to have to potentially deal with that, regardless of what happened here?

Its funny because its a similar reason that I also find Cougar's about me page so laughable, when he says about us:

The guy from Ypsilanti Michigan who stole a bunch of people's money (including Marlith's) back around November is back up in operation again. I would strongly suggest avoiding this seller like the plague. This guy seems to be the newest albiet different version of jonb. This one just happens to reside in Michigan and not Virgina and could care less about auction descrition.

I wish I still lived in Ypsilanti. It's a small enough community (wedged up against Ann Arbor, if anyone cares) that it would be reasonable to send this guy an email saying, "hey, I'm a serious collector from Ypsi; can I come over and look at your collection?" At least at that point it would be possible to verify if these items even exist or if this guy just got out of the state pen or whatever. It would also be a chance to name-drop The Acaeum and let him know we're watching ...

Of course, vows are all well and good and are easy to keep, until the time comes when they get tested.

So.... do I take a risk with T&T and buy the game, or do I hold on to my principles, pass on it and wait for it to come up again elsewhere?

Before you reply, I should add that its a rhetorical question - my principles lasted for all of 30 seconds. Thats how long it took my desire for the game to overcome them and I placed the order.

I'll let you know how it goes, with regard to T&T service and whether the game is as described. Hopefully I'll be able to report back good things.

Generally, the complaint with T&T is that their items are stupidly overpriced....if you found the game for a decent price (for you), you probably benefitted. I don't believe in cutting off your nose to spite your face in this instance.  Now, if it had been a more common item (say, a D&D module) I would have suggested waiting a bit to see if a better deal pops up.

We got these items from a forclose sale of a homeless shelter in hillsdale michigan in dec 2006(we got a ton of books,computers and the company DBA-some of the stuff we are posting we have got from other people collections and closing stores here in Ann Arbor))My family moved to ypsilanti michigan in dec 2006-The family who own the shelter had all items owned by the family or the shelter taken by the banks and sold in nov 2006 and were homeless themselfs(including their house in ypsilanti)we are not that family and did not own the shelter(just help with money)I know the family is working with Paypal to pay back any moneys owed,so if you are owed money please contact them at [email protected] and get payed back your cash,it has been slow but they are working on it(we are helping just to  to get pay back ourselfs)take of this what you will we are just helping out
