Has anyone used this software? I'm considering getting either CC3, Dundjinni or both.

No...I have heard good things about Campaign Cartographer.
I
hate
the published maps that use this technology. They do not substitute for real artwork and real artists.

Haven't used the cartographer, but Dundjinni is excellent. I ponied up the bucks for the regular CD, and it was well worth the money.
Also, there is a shareware program called Gridsmith, with lots of downloadable tiles. Great for playing with and building rooms for your adventures, but not as fancy (or expensive!)
