Howdy,

Just for fun while I was taking photos of the Bill Hoyer collection I set this one up. I was wishfully thinking how cool it would be to have the whole collection mounted and framed in a shadow box:

I think the set is just 3 buckles short of a complete set. Those being a TSR Wizard Face pewter buckle for employees only (sold one in the Dave Sutherland III auction in 2004), an RPGA blue enamel (20 given, 1 to Mentzer and 1 to Bill Hoyer), and an RPGA pewter/red enamel (2 given to the Blume brothers and 1 to Gygax). There might also be a TSR Wizard Face pewter (or gold) with red enamel (2 given to the Blume brothers and 1 to Gygax) but I have not confirmed that yet.

I think of the "wizard face" logo as the "man in the moon" logo.

I wonder what it would cost to have buckles made like that with "The Acaeum" on them...

And probably some other Acaeum stuff too - a nice mug (of course), perhaps cufflinks or possibly a dice bag (or box)...

I'd buy something if I could get "The Acaeum" in Quentin EF font. (Original D&D title font. See here.)

Also, how about...

An AD&D 1E module titled "The Acaeum" wherein the adventurers are sent questing to recover several rare tomes including "Thee Would Grane Bochsit".

Here's the division of Bergamot that makes items to order... it's kinda expensive with the tooling for a small number, but it might be doable...
