hey chappies

another quick update. am currently in london heathrow waiting for my flight home.

i will post up a big blog of the whole thing when i get a little time to flesh out my notes.

the 19.5 hrs stage. that was the stage 4 endurance stage - 70.5km over some of the most feckin awful terrain you could imagine. believe me when i say, you have noooooooooooo idea and really dont want to

planning other stuff? well i um am already down for next year but that might change yet

anyway gotta dash will post some more later.

i was out with a mate last week (a guy who's just finished a 20 year stint with the Royal Marines) and i mentioned the MDS
