Well I left Cougar (LPF) the (deserved) negative feedback and got an (undeserved) negative back.

I'll wear it like a badge of pride! 8)

You guys should form a club ... you could have by-laws, an annual meeting, a treasurer, your own web-site, etc.

You could even give everyone a badge or an award of some sort:

The strange thing is even though he seems to have abandoned the LPF identity and made his feedback private yet still asked me for a mutual withdrawal.  He does seem obsessed with Feedback LOL.

Hey everybody,
I'm the seller of the Lankhmar lot that Smarmy has purchased.  Just thought I'd let you know that I have reported Cougar to ebay for his interference with my auction.  I told him TWICE not to bid on my auctions (he kept harassing me), but still he bid.   He continued to harass me after the close of the auction and filed a "non-selling seller" complaint against me.  Amazing!

I'll let y'all know if anything comes of the situation.

regards,
Dustin

ps.  Smarmy:  your items have been mailed.  Thanks for the bid.

pss.  I discovered this thread by searching for "ebay cougarinnard" on Google today!  I often use the Acaeum as a resource, but have never read the forums until now.  Thanks for the support everybody.

And thanks for the post Zanzer Tem, more insight into Daves state of mind.

Looks like Dave isn't happy with his recent blight of negs on his main account so he has resorted yet again to feedback boosting:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... ackAsBuyer

What wass that again about your superior feedback score there Dave?  Are you pointing out thats its fake and overinflated by all these feedback boosters that you go to when a little too much truth starts to leak out?

Dave if you were so freaking pathetic you would be the best joke ever.  Your feedback is just like everything else that you claim to have in your disgusting rodent like life.... FAKE.    Your feedback which you are so obsessed with is but a reflection of the low down piece of garbage that you really are.

BTW, I am also reporting you for this as well. Just another rule of Ebay steamrolled by the great Cougarrinard.  Sorry there Dave, times up you have got to go.

Once again, thanks for the providing the second-chance offer.  I wasn't sure what to expect after losing to the Coug.    Sorry to hear he has been harrassing you, but kudos to you for standing your ground.  :)  From reading these forums and now from my minor involvement in this incident, it seems obvious he doesn't like to lose and he doesn't always play fair.  I'm not sure his motivations are entirely rational, but make sure you block the C-tard from future auctions so he can't bid again. :D

Now that you're a bona fide member of the Acaeum, welcome.  And to that special C-nard out there ...

Score two for the home team !!!  :D  :D  :D

Zanzer:

1. Welcome to The Acaeum! I hope you'll stay and contribute to other threads, too.

2. Everything you just mentioned about theCougTard ... Report it to eBay. All of it. One violation at a time. Send them copies of whatever they request, do whatever they ask, but report it.

This individual Cougarrinard:  http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... ackAsBuyer

has been abusing the Ebay feedback system for some time now.  Not only does he bully people into giving him undeserved positve feedback, he also retailates by giving undeserved negative feedback and he also tries to force people into mutual feedback withdrawls.  Now because he is viewing his feedback score as being to poor, he has resorted to bidding on a bunch of Feedback Boosting auctions which are also a blatant violation of Ebays rules.  This person is perhaps one Ebays worst members and has been vioating its rules for years now.  This last thing is not the first time that he has done this and he needs to be dealt with appropriately.  Please do someting about him ASAP as if nothing is done he will continue to trample all over Ebay's rules at the expense of the rest of the community.  Thank you.

If anyone gets the chance, please report these auctions as well. I have had it.

How can he be making a profit on this unless he never intends to pay for it - basically this auction is for a Rules Cylopedia for $52.00 + shipping - WTF

Speaking of chargeback!

And BC is dead right about the FB manipulation

Again, if everyone could also take the time to report this one as well, hopefully we can make some headway with Ebay.

I just reported the first four of these. I'm going to break them up into smaller chunks and report them to eBay one day at a time.
