A new seller in the US didn't ship to Coug.

So he negged him.  Better a neg than a rip off.  Whew!

The only way Diamond Dave has three houses is if they're small, green, and sitting on St. Charles Place. Or maybe Marvin Gardens ...

I stumbled across this gem recently -

http://odd74.proboards.com/index.cgi?bo ... hread=2404

Buyer rejoices at getting something highly collectible from Coug for less than anticipated.

Are you thinking what I'm thinking?

Yep...

Not so sure. The listing only got 9 hits, and I know most here avoid his auctions. Bound to happen once in a while.

TBH, if I had a copy of FFC with 'significant mold spots' on the first five or six pages, I'd be happy to get £15 for it. Especially considering a NM copy resells for about $30. Condition is everything. It's only in playable condition.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

That's almost certainly the one cougarrinard bought recently as part of a large lot with several moldy items (including a FFC):

More like $50-60 despite condition.

I meant £ and not $ when I said 30.
So a moldy FFC is worth pretty much the same as say a VG/EX copy?!
That's a sad day for collecting, but probably reflects the quality of Arneson's writing. FFC is a good read, but not anything that stands out from the crowd. He wasn't perticularly talented at the adventure thing.

No that one was an exception, but I chalk that up to it being from Coug.

I'm just referring to the fact that the item had significant mold on it, which was somehow deemed not worthly of mention in the auction.

Returned modules register as they weren't what I ordered and am having trouble getting money back because he won't inform paypal that he has the books! I checked with post and have written confirmation from them which I have sent to paypal, hopefully I can get my money back now. I learnt my lesson the hard way, oh well.

Is this guy changing back to one of his old Ebay IDs now?

** expired/removed eBay auction **

I like how every issue has the same photo...

SORRY THE SCAN IS NOT OF THE ACTUAL ISSUE NUMBER  BUT IT WOULD TAKE  WEEKS TO SCAN ALL THE DIFFERANT COVERS, AND UPLOAD.

Thats him alright... same location, very similar layout, same crap items and descriptions...

Interesting that he has kept this ID low for the past few months. I wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of scam develop further over the next couple of months and sacrifice the account feedback.

Isn't there some sort of rule against a person having two accounts?  I think the last time we brought this up, it was claimed one account was owned by his mistress and the other was owned by him, or something like that.

Nope. You can have as many accounts as you want, just so long as they do not interact with each other

In Cougie's case, though, always be on the lookout for some sort of ulterior motive. He never makes a move that isn't covered in his own particular brand of slime.

(And I love the "too long to scan" line of reasoning. What a lazy asshole. Why would anyone ever buy from this idiot?)

In the UK they have rules on having more than one seller account. You are not permitted to have more than one account selling the same product. So you can't set up two accounts selling memory cards, or mobile phones, because they deter competition with other sellers and the create a false impression of your business.

My brother sells the crap you buy in gadget shops and whotnot, and he's had eBay accounts closed down because of it. But the rules in the US may be different.

But as regards buying accounts, I believe you can have as many as you have bank accounts to attach them to.
