Anyone think this is fitting?

United Auto Workers contracts have a similar deal, called a "Job Bank" where workers who have been replaced by automation or improved efficiency are still on the company dime playing crossword puzzles.

The union contract, instead of guaranteeing them a paid job while they await a hearing should guarantee a fair hearing within a set, reasonable amount of time, to avoid all the backlog.  That way, instead of sitting around for months, they get a paid suspension for a week or two, then their case is resolved and they are either fired or reinstated.

What does this have to do with Coug?

Sorry guys, meant it for the OT thread!!!!

Maybe Coug belongs in a rubber room?

Lots of insurance complaints in there. It looks like Cougie's latest scam is charging buyers for insurance, then not actually providing any.

I've said it many times, but once more won't hurt: Once a rip-off artist, always a rip-off artist.

One wonders how Dave's star ratings stay pegged on five.

Then one notices that in June there was a buyer named hdragonsna who gave Dave quite a few identicle positive feedback reponses.

They appear to be legitimate sales....more than one penny each, I mean...but hmmmmm.  :?:

That seller has been parting out a large collection.

That will actually get you kicked off ebay...charging for services you don't provide.  One or more of Cougies victims should report him specifically for that.

"business/legal reasons"    :?:

Does he mean tax reasons?

Does he consider a threat to call the police to be good business practice?

Getting rid of the ex-wife might be a good business practice, especially if she knows too much....

I couldn't resist the impulse to fire up Google Earth and look at Dave's house.

Apparently, as homes in England go, this is a pretty nice one.  Nothing sinister or...you know....cougarlike...about it.  8O

I wonder if it is #1, #2 or #3 out of the three he says he owns...?

Google Maps was my very first stop, too ...

It's a real address, apparently. It probably is Diamond Dave's — we're not talking about a guy in any danger of joining MENSA anytime soon.

What did you expect, a baddies lair - perhaps a dormant volcano with retractable roof disguised as a lake 8O

(and what do you mean 'as homes in England go'? - everyone I know lives in a palace!!)

I doubt any slight was intended.

Don't all UK houses look like those from Eastenders, Doctor Who, and other UK TV shows?  :)

We'd think those Eastenders guys were like landed gentry!! (And I'm sure Mark intended no slight - I'd have probably missed the subtlety if he had 8O   )

O.K.  I know this is going to get me labeled as stupid, but I gotta ask.  I looked at the Britty Kitty's recent wins here:

http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... ed=1&all=0

And I noticed a LOT of wins from the seller "hdragonsna" over the past thirty days.  But when I look at hdragonsna's recent sales:

http://completed.shop.ebay.co.uk/mercha ... 283?_rdc=1

There's NO sales for the past thirty days. :?:  Can he hide his sales? I'm sure I'm missing something here.  Please help. :?
