Hi,

I did notice he was on the list of shops to get free promo stuff for the MM release in a coupla weeks.

I think the Missus has given that a kicking tho.

Cheers,

happy 2 prove conspiracy theorists wrong

He was gracious purely because

he hates Acaeum members
Acaeum members warned you
trying to prove Acaeum members wrong is more important to him than passing on one job

He's very mistaken about it proving anything, however.  His (lack of) trustworthiness isn't based on any 1 transaction, it's based on the sum total of them all.

Just because you make a few trips without your Pinto blowing up, doesn't make it a safe car.
And just because he can behave himself for one seller in a special circumstance, doesn't mean he conducts himself like a human being on a regular basis.

Perhaps I just got lucky this time.
Or, perhaps (as some stated above) he was using me and this situation to make a statement.
I do know he was reading this thread, so perhaps some of you helped me in that regard perhaps without even knowing.

Neither would be my choice as the reason he did not rip me off though.
I prefer to trust folks until after THEY prove I was wrong to do so.

It is one of my quirks.
Or faults if you prefer........

That's exactly the sort of neg Coug would never have gotten five years ago, as fear of mutual negative feedback would have stayed the buyer's hand.  One of the very few good things about the new feeback policy....

I was looking at his stats too.  Its interesting that for the last month, he has almost 400 positives and the 8 negatives from the same customer - only 1 disgruntled customer in the last month.  The DSRs reflect that the handling charge is still more than a number of customers like.

Negative feedback only affects your rating for 12 months. Is that right?

Hi,

he's slowly cleaning up his act. Until that guy negged him he was doing quite well.

I have been tempted to buy from him sometimes, but the things that put me off are:

1 unsure if the item will be complete (he has an odd attitude to this)
2  the screaming for immediate feedback I suspect I will get

Cheers,
Malc
