He's back up to 99.3% on feedback. So he's safe there.

Not because he's improved his business practices though, but only because eBay realised they were going to have to boot too many coug-ish power sellers if they kept counting neutrals against their ratings.

They may help the Cougs of the world hang in there, but the Cougs are PAYING MUCH MORE for the privilege. They aren't making the discounts, for one thing, and the new "maximum shipping" crap makes it even more difficult for the Cougies of the world to rape newbies with ridiculous shipping.  So I agree they are going to let the Cougs hang in there, while taking a bigger and bigger cut.  It's got to suck to be Dave as he's basically paying more and more as time goes on to make the same amount as he used to.

I wanted to register and take the time to thank the members of this forum before I made the mistake of engaging in a transaction with cougarrinard..

I saw the user id and feedback # and thought hmm.. .that many feedback in the collectible world, gotta be something about him outside of Ebay so, I goggled his name and up came this thread and..

Reason being, Coug's main name may get shut down. He hasn't been able to keep up the minimum standards (I believe it's 4.5 in your DSRs) and if so, cannot list any new items as of a certain date...I forget when.

Except LPF's listings don't have the usual issues. She and cougie have very different styles, or so it seems to me. If I hadn't found this thread I'd never have known she was a sockpuppet.
