i always automatically assume, that when a seller adds a shitload of handling fees, that insurance is automatically part of that.

Yes, that's Antonio, preparing for the final battle sequence. The book is good, too, if anyone is looking for some reading material (Eaters of the Dead by Michael Crichton).

All right, I'll play the bad guy ... but I know I'm not the only person wondering this:

That picture, whatever it is, in two threads? Is that necessary?

I've been talking to his latest victem, gary.meadows and invited him to the forum so that he could post the bully/anger mail that he received from him.  Hopefully he will join.

The cynical side of me thinks that he can list the same item under both ID's and if he sells it under both, whichever customer doesn't purchase insurance gets the standard "lost by the PO, no insurance to bad.BLOCK WIPE"

one thing i did notice (without really wanting to get involved), its pretty unfair when you justifiably leave a neutral for clear reasons and then you just get whacked for a neg anyway.

pretty poor stuff that.

i would complain to ebay and attach all the e-mails that relate to it and leave them to deal with it.

in the end you get burned and you know not to go there again i guess.

cest la vie.

i am still sitting on the fence mind :)

Hi all, I was noticing that I have over a dozen D&D bids from one "Cougent," who I've never heard of before.  Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this eBay ID; I'm guessing it's cougar but I'm not yet certain.  (For background - I have both Cougarrinard and Littleprincessfreya blocked, due to the usual attempted M-bag scam some time ago.  It's possible he's coming through on this ID instead.)

This use to be much more useful when you could look and see what current auctions they were bidding on.  Ebay has restricted this down to finished auctions now.

I thought that was pretty typical of Ebay too. Do NOT "search completed auctions" results in only completed auctions.
