If the people on Acaeum stoop that low, in my opinion it not only makes the entire site look bad but it shoots the credibility here right in the foot.

After all, if somebody stoops to a jerk's level, that makes them no better than he is. I have more respect for fellow Acaeum users than to expect them to do something like that.


I agree.  The means are as important as the ends.  Living with an ends justifies the means philosophy results in disasters like the Crusades.

And I don't know that Xaxaxe is correct that Coug is going down soon, but I believe we are making progress.  He certainly continues to make stupid mistakes, and it's just a matter of time before one is fatal to his business.


Truth is worth finding and life is too short to work for money.

Based on a response to my message from dreamlord_severin, it appears that there were originally two negatives left -- but Cougie got one of them removed as it contained the name 'Dave'.

However, he also states that he won't be giving in without a fight.

There was a very interesting fact, some days ago :
* i sent a mail to Cougarrinard to confirm that shipment #110 and #111 were received (the whole in the same package : see above)  
* in this same mail i confirm that i didn't receive #108.1, #108.2 , #108.3 and #109 (near 1 month after payment)
* he answered : "please put +FB to items received, so i could sort what was not received"
* i left my FB, with 3 neutral ones in them
* he replied with +FB to +FB, and with NF to my 3 NF
* i said "why NF ? i've paid for them ! You received my payment"
* he replied with : "i leave any FB i want : + to +, N to N, and - to -"
* so i opened the 4 claims on Paypal, about #108.1, #108.2, #108.3, and #109, all not received
* so he replied with 118 Non Paying Bidder alerts

Natalie, dispute it back and let Paypal know what he has done.  And if that doesn't work just do a charge back on your Credit Card and f**k PP all together.  You CC company won't dick around with it, they will handle it for you.
