Are the Minifigs historical or fantasy figures?

Are the LotR figs from Custom Cast?  If they are in good shape, then they are worth listing on eBay; LotR fans are crazy.

Nice haul on the paper stuff.  The Custom Cast LotR minis are fun to look at, though the more unique figures are expensive or hard to find.

However, even though this wasn't cheap, I am delighted, as both books are mint, with shiny staples, clean covers and sharp corners.  The Old West Gunfight Rules are really interesting - not an rpg as such, but you can see how a small step (yet a critical step) away 1970s skirmish rules were from early tabletop rpgs.  I might look around for other versions - although I really do not know much about this stuff at all.

Watch out, Steven - it's a slippery slope. I have an interest in old skirmish rules as well, and have been collecting them to go along with my D&D stuff. There is surprisingly large amounts of it out there - some good, some not so good.

When I started to collect them, I had the idea I would try to get a set of rules to cover every period and type of warfare - so that if there was ever a situation where some one said, "you know, I wish there were rules covering the xxxx conflict", I could pull a set out.
