Just recieved these this week, seller originally posted on Ebay and had trouble with the photos, so after much haggling on price and still lacking photos - I bought for less than half the original price 8O .
Still I wasnt expecting the two Strategic Reviews and a 2nd Ed Blackmoor  , oh yeah and the two first edition MMs and 3rd Edition PH, oh and did I mention the 200 medieval lead minifigs (1970's) and the 100 middle earth lead figurines (1970's) + the first five dragons and some early white dwarfs and two (2) sets of 5th edition OD&D and two Greyhawks 8) .
The only drawback was there was no OD&D boxes - Oh well......

Viewing the photos require one to log into MSN.  :(

Are the Minifigs historical or fantasy figures?

Are the LotR figs from Custom Cast?  If they are in good shape, then they are worth listing on eBay; LotR fans are crazy.

The Minifigs are historical, the Middle Earth pretty much all custom cast, includes Ents, Hobbits, Saurons Orc army, plus plenty more. Try the photos now have reset the entry level, will put some photos of the figs up later, I am still unpacking them.

Nice haul on the paper stuff.  The Custom Cast LotR minis are fun to look at, though the more unique figures are expensive or hard to find.

The auction link can be found in the interesting items section, posted by me a few weeks ago. The Judges Guild booklet is contact covered with colour fading.
Still going through the miniatures - then the arduous task of deciding what to keep and what to sell - Mmmm decisions, decisions

I actually passed a few e-mails back and forth with the seller. Too vague for me.

TSR in the auction title is all I required to find it - this being a keyword in all my searches (among others) .
The seller was if anything preoccupied with other things in his life and consequently only wanted to be rid of all of his gaming paraphenalia (I obliged) .
Heres the link to some photos of the figurines (access is only for 24hours)

This has finally crawled its way through the UK customs system (hint to seller - books are zero-rated, toys incur tax and admin charges   ).

However, even though this wasn't cheap, I am delighted, as both books are mint, with shiny staples, clean covers and sharp corners.  The Old West Gunfight Rules are really interesting - not an rpg as such, but you can see how a small step (yet a critical step) away 1970s skirmish rules were from early tabletop rpgs.  I might look around for other versions - although I really do not know much about this stuff at all.

Watch out, Steven - it's a slippery slope. I have an interest in old skirmish rules as well, and have been collecting them to go along with my D&D stuff. There is surprisingly large amounts of it out there - some good, some not so good.

When I started to collect them, I had the idea I would try to get a set of rules to cover every period and type of warfare - so that if there was ever a situation where some one said, "you know, I wish there were rules covering the xxxx conflict", I could pull a set out.

Here's a list of the booklets I have (there's a mix of skirmish and more traditional miniatures rules, and other stuff that's in the list because they didn't fit anywhere else):
