Are those four the entire series?

here is a description i found for one of the adventures... it looks like there were more than just these 4... but the fact they were in shrink wrap... sealed the deal for me (pun intended)

Advanced Dungeons and Dragons
1 on 1
Challenge of Druid's Grove
A one on one Adventure for two high level magic users
There are two books:  One of you becomes Ar-Kane, a great wizard.  The other is his rival, Renwood, a powerful Druid.  The two of you have been sent by your elders to try and gain the wonders, the wealth, and the magical objects that lie hidden in the deadly Lath's Grove.
You enter the terrifying wood without a map to guide you, knowing that evil creatures are waiting to stop you at every turn.  As you select your magical spell from your spellbook, you hope you have chosen wisely, for you know your enemies will be powerful.  (Your opponent takes the part of all monsters and enemies you fight, just as you take the part of any enemies he faces!)  An easy, diceless combat system simulates battle.
It is an exciting game of adventure and magic as you and your rival race to be the first to win through to the center of the Grove.  Everything you need to play is provided:  two books, magic spells, Combat Table, Character sheets.  No dice required.  All you provide is on friend and two pencils.
Play anytime!  Anywhere!  Play many times!  The game is always different!

Lesson to be learned: Always check a seller's other auctions.

If you are interested in some others in shrink for $25 each I would sell my copies.

I don't often get to visit used game/book stores, and even when I do, the result is usually pretty mediocre. So I was very pleased with my recent visits to some distant used book & old game stores. I got all this for a bit over $100:

Those are two different/separate copies of Fez I; both are in shrink, but the shrink on the second copy is pretty badly torn and there's a crease across the module. A number of other items are also in shrink of various conditions, including Catapult Run.

Admittedly, some of these items are pretty mundane/common, but they all fit my various idiosyncratic collecting parameters. Revised Heroes Unlimited is particularly cool IMO because of the 1987 Jeff Dee superhero artwork; the art itself isn't particularly spectacular (I prefer Jeff's earlier work), but it's an uncommon example of Jeff Dee superhero art that has nothing to do with V&V and Living Legends.

I never fully appreciated the cover art on the Gamelords modules until I saw them in person. They're pretty cool!

Indeed, very nice pick up.

The 1st éd. of Superhero 44 is pretty HTF. I remember only one for sale on ebay these last 5 years; but it was staple bound. Does the spiralbound look legit?

Congrads. That's the first time I've seen Catapult Run in shrinkwrap. I maybe wouldn't be opening that one up unless you suspect it may be a shop shrink. Between that and Fez, you've got $100 worth.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

I don't recall seeing Superhero 44 with staples.  I have seen about 4 of the coil bound ones - they are legit.

I don't think these came in shrink so it probably was an inhouse shrink job.

That is a great lot!  I would guess the value of the lot is closer to the $600 mark.  Lots of great stuff in there!

D'oh! (I read this after sending my PM to you.)

I was thinking of trading the shrinked Catapult Run for an un-shrinked one that I can read. Looks like I may not need to do that. Should I tear off the shrink on Catapult Run?

For what it's worth, the place I got it from didn't appear to shrink stuff, but I can't be certain they didn't, nor can I be certain of that particular copy's history. The store had a mix of the typical used items, plus some items that looked like vintage new stock, including the Fez and the three Golden Heroes items (which are also in shrink in various condition).

I was feeling the same way!

The first pic is of the items I got at the first store I went to a couple weeks ago. And although there's nothing spectacular in there, IMO, it was good (for me, anyway) because I actually found a number of items that I have been waiting patiently for to acquire at good prices. So I was still pleased, because it was much better than my typical luck, and the prices were very low. ($1 or $3 for every item in that first pic, except for Stormbringer 5th, which was $10, which is still a good price for it.)

But then I couldn't believe what I kept finding over the subsequent days!
