HOODYHOO!! (I'd *SQUEEEE*, but that is reserved for a 1st woodie)

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Indeed a 4th. Beautiful. Some slight caving, some rubbing on the box. Ref sheets indeed present, though yellowed. Booklets almost flawless (touch of rust, touch of spine fraying on two).

Supplements have minor flaws (FN+ to VF). GH 3rd, BM 1st, EW 1st, GDGH 1st.

Sweet pick up there, and on a single bid no less.  It looks exceptionally nice, and is definitely hard to come by.  Well spotted, and congrats!  :D

A lady on Kijiji was selling this:
Image
It's a 6th print OCE-in NM.
Do you want to know how much she was asking for it?

Do you?

FIVE CANADIAN DOLLARS

Wow... I've also picked up a nice & tight OCE from Kijiji and was pleased... though not at that price!

Good spot and congrats :)

They didn't want to ship to Ontario :(  Did you at least buy the basic set for $5 too?

Nice pickup.

Of course I did-but the basic set was not in as good shape-but still pretty good-except that whoever owned it had cut and used the chits.
The lady was very pleasant-she was telling me she sold a 1963 Risk game to a collector.
I find it very tough to get Kijiji people to ship from other provinces-once in a while I get lucky-about a year ago a guy in BC shipped me a complete Ravenloft collection-but it's rare.
I missed out on a fantastic SW 2nd collection on Kijiji from Ottawa not too long ago because of logistics-I tried to get my Dad to drive there to meet this guy but it just didn't work out.

For Cdn 5.00, if I still lived in Toronto, I'd make a road trip out of it.  :)

Best regards,
Ronald

With their discount sale.  This looked like a good buy and so did the $700 Palace of the Vampire black folder edition.  Tempted but didn't want to deal with the Trolls.

The WoG looks to be a second print and I get a cool folder.

I waited until this actually showed up to post it, as I was slightly skeptical and wanted to be sure.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... K:MEWNX:IT

The shrink is indeed split about 50% across the top, but impossible to remove the module without destroying the remaining 50%.  One corner is also poking out of the bottom every so slightly.  The only wear on the entire thing is a tiny bit of whitening on that corner and about an inch across the top area that is split.  Easily NM without the shrink.  I had given up on getting a copy of this in shrink after I saw the last few sell for $250+, so happy day!

Not so sure on this one:

Its minty, but I only have 1 data point for last seen, over $100.  Probably an outlier?

The ToEE is a good deal, the Outer Planes is an AWESOME deal. First off, you never see that particular module in the shrink. Second, it looks really good and not dinged around. Great catch!
