Well as some know I've been compiling product lists from TSR products from 1974-1980. What I am still looking for is these items (and what I presume is the dates):

LIST AS OF 6-03-07

CM 1st (?/75) (May not exist, but 2nd becomes 1st and 2nd+ is 2nd)
CM 2nd (5/75) (from ad)
CM 2nd+ (7/75)
CM 3rd (6/76)
Star Empires 1st? (7-8/76)? Have a list that places one SE around 3-4/77, but this was in lists for Available August 1st 1976
Suspicion (7?/77) lizard logo (Has ad in Dragon 8)
ELD 3rd (7/77)
Battle of the Five Armies 1st (?/76) Not Boxed version
Warlocks & Warriors 1st (?/77) Lizard Logo (may have already - looking into)
African Campaign 2nd Edition (?/77) Lizard Logo
S&S 3rd (3/78)
GDH 5th (7-8/78)
GH 10th (11/78)
Little Big Horn 2nd (?/78?) Unsure if exists
BLK 8th (4/79)

B2 1st
D1 5th
D2 1st
D2 5th
D3 1st
D3 5th
G1 3rd
Q1 1st
S2 2nd
T1 1st
Rogues Gallery 1st, 3rd, 4th
Monster & Treasure Assortment, Set Three 1st, 3rd
Player Character Record Sheets 1981 1st
Catalogs from 1977-1980
GW1 Legion of Gold

Email or post clear scans/pictures of the product lists below (if you can include anything more like what the logo is, any specific date found inside, etc. that would be helpful as well)

I shall update the list when I no longer need certain scans, also I've been tinkering with making the document I currently have these into a web page, but it seems like it wont look that great so I'm wondering if anyone here has Adobe and could make a PDF when I've finished (or come close)

Thanks,
ShaneG.

I can probably make a PDF out them for you when you are ready.

The 1st print of Knights of Camelot does not have a catalog.  I'm not sure about the 2nd print though - my copy of this one is still in shrink.

Field Regulations also does not have a catalog.

I don't see Awful Green Things from Outer Space on your list but I have one coming in the mail and will check that for you when it arrives.

Shane,

Warlocks & Warriors 1st (?/77) Lizard Logo (T.M. Reg App. For)
Warlocks & Warriors 2nd (?/77) Lizard Logo (T.M. Reg App. For) (unsure which this applies to)

What does this mean exactly?  I have a very nice Warlocks & Warriors with a sealed dice/pawn bag that I have set aside for when my daughter gets a few years older.  :D   Anyway, it is a Lizard Logo with "TM Reg Applied for" on the title, but only on the box bottom.  What print is this?  Do you need scans of top and bottom cover?  Or of contents?

Let me know and I'll take a digital pic.

Paul

EDIT:  I think I figured it out - as the product code is F116, it should be a first print.

Lizard logo, etc only on bottom of the box? Yeah better get me pics of the top and bottom if you can, also of booklet (and product list if one is in there)

Thanks,
ShaneG.

Sorry for being unclear:  Lizard Logo is on both top and bottom - "TM Reg Applied For" is only on the bottom.

I've got the product list as well.  I'll get some pics out within a day or two.

Paul

I think your lizard logo boxed set is what I am calling a 2nd print.

The first print seems to have come in a ziplock bag not a box, then the lizard logo box and wizard logo box.

No problem!
I did full size scans, and then scaled them down to 40% to put on web site.

Thought to ask and put this in this thread..here goes:

First does anyone have a B2 4th print: ISBN on back cover bottom left, Product Number on back cover bottom right (I would like a scan of the product list if it does not match those links below exactly - if it does match, please specify which)

Anyway: Basic set 8th print, Forward is 12-80, credits page states 1st printing 1-81, yet on the back of booklet it states years as 1974, 1977, 1978, 1980

Basic set 9th print, forward/credits page same as 8th, yet on the back the dates are 1974, 1977, 1978, 1981

Now the oddity added into this...I have with the 8th a B2 3rd with cover date of 1980 and credit page of (c) 1980 , yet this: http://i10.tinypic.com/4hlxlk0.jpg

I have with the 9th a B2 3rd with cover date of 1980,1981 and credit page of (c) 1981 and this: http://i14.tinypic.com/3zk5jlc.jpg

What I fathom is the Basic 8th was created and done before 12-80, the forward was written 12-80, and the book printed 1-81...then the 9th was changed on the outside covers only (Haven't checked inside contents though, so maybe am wrong in regards to being the same booklet with different covers)

So am I correct in my discovery that there is another print for B2?

(Don't really want to take my list into 1981, but I may just have to slightly to find some cutoff dates :? )

I'm off to check some other things..

EDIT: I would also like a scan of the 2nd print Expert rulebook's product list :)

Do those sheets have a sample sheet filled out with a sample character?
(Perhaps inside the front or back cover?)

The only sheets I have are:
http://www.acaeum.com/ddindexes/miscpag ... 1ddpc.html
(which I like to call "Revenge of the Rainbow PCs")

These sheets have a sample Jeff Dee PC inside the back cover (with Dee portrait)
Olias Oractaniom, a Chaotic 3rd level Elf who among other adventures "Fell in quicksand while exploring the the Unknown Northern Reaches and was rescued by a dwarf named Ulfgar. Olias now owes Ulfgar a big favor."

I was wondering if any of the other old sheet sets also have interesting sample characters.

No, no sample characters in this one, and I didn't see one in my '84 printing either.

Cheers!
