Organizing the ticket for myself at the moment and have another friend who's looking at going as well.

It's around school holidays so hopefully can use the frequent flyers. :D

I'll go if someone wants to pay for my flight. :P

Nice win on the Tractics by the way AdderMcOne.

Hey I heard that if you soak a woodgrain Tractics box overnight - by the morning you can peel the labels off (and then with a bit of careful photocopying, voila! another early D&D set    :D )

Let's go fly a kite

Thanks, the guy in his comments said the price was high but it isn't going anywhere so not really a worry.

With soaking the box, only problem is the box looks like S#!T. (after it's been that long in the water)

You could always stick the box in the oven / clothes dryer afterwards and shrink it for that extra, extra rare minature version boxed set. 8)

Just realized.

The GenCon Oz won't be on until 2008 (now?) - mis-read it before as being 2007.

Will have to reschedule the flights

Just put aside a little bit of your Xmas bonus. You'll still have plenty left.

Here is an added bonus for you ...

We have plently of deserts which you can train on.

So you can come to Australia, have a holiday, visit Gencon and to top it off train for the Sahara.  Does it get any better than this  :?:

Cool. If I am still in Australia at that time, I may try to make it. I have not been to a convention since being a regular participant in Cancon from about 1982-1992!
