I have a map that has been sitting in the junk pile and now I'm trying to identify where it goes/comes from. It's titled:

A Portion of EARTH'S DREAMLANDS

No production note of any kind but within the map drawing are the initials:

CW86

Identifiers:
Southern Seas
Cerenarian Sea
Lomar
Mnar
Ooth-Nargai
Sydathria

Cast away.  Legend Lores are always appreciated 8)

Sounds like Call of Cthulhu to me.  Wasn't there a 'Dreamlands' supplement?

Yes - as said above, from Chaosium's Call of Cthulhu.  If it is blue and white it comes from the 1986 boxset (or was poss. attached to one of the later re-print books (perfect bound)).  Always thought it a great place for a D&D campaign.
