That seems about right to me too.  Although around Christmas there were two that sold for under $100.  I have also seen a few that have hit higher than $250 as well.  Its one of those items that has good potential to sell well.

The best deal was one sold by SuperClarkie, no relation . . . right? , that sold for $76.00 with a copy of Tegel Manor.
