I may have won the skirmish, but I'm sure I'd lose the war ;)

I thought these were the best. The black with white unicorns is pretty cool too though.

GW Tomb of Horrors in shrinkwrap

** expired/removed eBay auction **

GW softcover PHB

** expired/removed eBay auction **

(It might just be a bad photo, but the wizard logo appears to have a much lower placement on the cover than on the photos of the in the Acaeum listing of UK PHB printings.  It may also have the GW logo on the cover, I can't quite tell from the photo)

This seller has a few other interesting items as well.

Recall some interest in Middle Earth related board games some weeks ago.

Just spotted SPI's Middle Earth (green box edition) - containing War of the Ring, Gondor and Sauron. All unpunched bar the counters to Sauron and unused since unsuccessful first try according to the non-gaming Seller it seems. Probably going to go high as a result - runs to 10 December....

"The Ultimate Impossible Quest."  As opposed to all of the other impossible quests that came before this one, which were not only impossible but impossible in a lesser sort of way than this one...the ultimate impossible quest...if it were possible to be impossible without being essentially the same level of possible that all other impossible quests might possibly be.

Hilarious.  Of course, impossibility is one of those states of perfection for which there is no comparitive form; a quest is either impossible or it isn't.  You can compare two quests that are close to being impossible by saying that one is "more nearly impossible" than the other.  But two impossible quests are equally impossible, and therefore cannot be compared on the grounds of their impossibility.

There, grammar lesson complete.

bonk!

This seller has Dragonlance modules DL1-DL10.  Check out the descriptions.  Wow.  Deserves a bid just for writing all that.
