Aside from a couple of boxed sets, those are the same two I'm missing.  I wouldn't have posted it those two were in the lot.

Mars, wasn't it you that got my minis? I believe the DMG and PHB were in there.

Nope, I picked up mine from a store in the UK.  They are actually still sitting at my brother's place in Scotland.

If you look closely above and below the modules you can see a semicircular shadow.  This is the indentation to allow you to pull the module out without denting the molded plastic.  It is obvious that the outer portion of the boxes were damaged or destroyed and the display trays were pulled out and then shrinkwrapped.  IMO these are next to worthless...unless some of yours were lost or damaged and you were just looking to replace them.  And here is a list of the games produced in miniature format by 21st Century Games.

This is a note on the Dragonlance mini-modules again. I just got a note back from the Seller and he said they were purchased this way at Gencon 88. Given that they were released in 2000, this may be an earlier rarer convention special. Thoughts?

Anything is possible I guess.  If it is true, it's one of the worst attempts at marketing/packaging that I have ever seen.  Why not just stick them in a ziploc bag?  At least that way they would have saved some money.

I don't see how to prove the validity of his claim.  Unless he still has the reciept.

That would be quite a feat, as DL16: World of Krynn was not released until December 1988. I suppose they could have released the miniature version before they released the full-sized version, but I find that extremely unlikely...

The seller is lying out his ass.  I've been hard core collecting since 1992 and never heard of them...it would have been impossible for these to be available and slip under everyone's radar for so long.  He's full of shit; I'd avoid him.
