Wives are a $5,000 deduction on taxes. Keep that in mind.

Yes, pleasantly surprised by those!

That was a tough one to grade, but happy I exceeded the reserve.  These help offset the other 2nd print nicely.

Sorry Alexander, nothing personal.  I don't have a comfort level with the shipping to Italy thing yet, maybe next time.  I'll have to consult some folks here on their experiences.

My experiences shipping to Italy are almost universally bad.

I've had no problems, course its bloody expensive..but with new rates going to take effect I'm curious to see if things are cheaper (plus faster since airmail is going away).

Always interesting to see how much Wayne's World of Books likes to mark up books for resale - even when they aren't in very good condition.

Originally purchased from bclarkie for $7.49:

Now for sale for $39.99:

Also shows how ridiculous amazon.com prices are since Wayne's in the cheapest.

Using certified mail is a sure way to make things arrive there. I always ask for it for valuable items (not simply from a moneymaking pint of view...).

I have had no bad experiences shipping to Italy.  I shipped a package to the Netherlands a couple of weeks ago, though - that was unexpectedly expensive!  It did arrive safely, though.

Most recently a 4 day ship of mine to Italy took about 2-3 months... Was an AC5 so I'm glad it finally arrived!

Sorry if this has been listed already, but this looks like an early one.

Noticed that a later green cover mod has already reached £7 with several days to go!

But did you know that the author holds degrees in both history and political science?

I guess that's a step up from those double degree English / history types :)  We had a saying back in undergrad.  How did it go now.  Oh ya "friends don't let friends take arts".
