I asked him previously about shipping outside US and he said "no!", with no more details... And I think I have a good feedback...

Fighting Wheel - but check out the shipping rate?

As I have the same shipping rate for the Fighting Wheel I have on eBay, I feel I have to defend it a little. 9£ is almost exactly what the kitten-torturing, baby-eating highway robbers at the Swedish post office extorts from me for sending up to 250 grams of stuff to somewhere in Europe, insured and signed for. And I'm very iffy about sending uninsured.
I do wish, however, that this other Wheel hadn't been put up until ... let's say tomorrow afternoon.

But that's life.

International shipping would be fair enough but this is for domestic shipping.

As an example if I were to send up to 500g guaranteed next day signed for  delivery it would cost me £4.75, or recorded 1st class £1.68 (These figs might be a few pence out but not much). So, yes. I would pay £9.00 to get a 500g parcel from abroad - just not within the UK! (from me to you in Sweden this would be about £7.00 signed for - so your rate is IMHO about right)

Oh and it's worth mentioning your auction again, very nice too even if the item itself was a pices of nonsense back in the day!! :D

i've actually dealt with that seller a few times before (me as the seller), and he's always come across as a cool guy.

but that shipping is absolutely ridiculous! if that was me selling it, it would certainly be sent special delivery as i would want to insure and protect the item, but even still, that would only be around half that cost.

might send him a msg.

This seller has a nice run of TSR Little Wars:

eBay listings

10 of the first 12.  Just over 1 day to go and only 1 of them has any bids at all, so they are all sitting at $5 currently.
