I was thinking along the same lines - one for the SW junkies. I've already got one so lookingfor other things at the mo'.

Looks like home shrinkwrap to me. When you can buy home shrinkwrap machines for $30, anyone can sell shrinkwrap stuff and pretend it's mint condition and new.

Unless you're buying from a requtable known dealer, it's best to assume the seller has exagerated the condition and faked the shrinkwrap. That way you won't be annoyed if you end up getting something that's 'used' when you were fantasizing about winning something in brand new mint condition.


This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

The seller was selling legitimate shrink in the past, and he had a bundle of them. The shrink doesn't have the mesh sealed at the back, but maybe for the R's they had a different packaging system.

And of course even if it is in the original shrinkwrap from 20 years ago, doesn't mean it isn't creased, musty and with rusty staples - only you just can't check to be sure  :wink:

Well...having been a teenager in the 70's  8O
I never really expected to get past the 40 mark...  :D

(and yes I still have a full head of hair, even though it started going grey at the age of 12).
