In an attempt to maintain my image as a hopeless busybody...and rather than clutter up Scott's mailbox any further:
At the start of the "printing information section of the X-series modules, The Acaeum states that "X1 is also the only module that TSR produced in the U.S. with two separate covers (reason unknown)."
However, as all collectors and casual, early players here know, there are several modules that were produced in the US by TSR that have two seperate covers: All of the monochrome modules were later produced with completely different covers. except for the
G1-3 and
D1-2 which were compilation and would really not be lumped in with modules that were simply given new covers. So
B1,
C1,
D3,
S1, S2, and
T1 would all fall under the heading of TSR produced modules with two seperate covers.
Perhaps a slight change in the Acaeum description should be made...say:
"Of the non-monochrome modules, X1 is also the only module that TSR produced in the U.S. with two separate covers (reason unknown)."
