Howdy All,
In a bit of a rush and don't have time to dig it up but waht sort of links are allowed by eBay? Are links to the Acaeum or to a website that indexes the contents of magazines? Hate to have my auctions busted for that.
Thanks!
Futures Bright,
Paul

...i usually link the acaeum and the italian postal website and never had problems with them... (i use to list both in ebay.it and ebay.co.uk)
...but, hold on! is there any specific rules for external links???

Howdy,
I guess that a link to a page that has an article index for a magazine would be O.K. then, given that:
"Linking to Descriptions
Members are permitted to include one link to a page that further describes the item being sold in that listing. The primary intent of the link must be to further describe the item and the link must conform to eBay policy."
Thanks for the quick help!

Paul

i have linked to other references before, other than the Acaeum, without any problems.

I think it's okay as long as it isn't commercial. I used to explain sniping for the newbies in my auction and include a link to esnipe as an example. Somebody must have reported me as my auctions got pulled.
