It's probably a future collectible if there is such a thing for 3rd edition.  There are a number of these RPGA type 3rd edition modules out there already.

These are RPGA modules which are included in WOTC retailer kits. They are similar in concept to the 2E Adventurers Guild modules but higher quality paper/printing. As these are adventure modules and have a low distribution I have a feeling they will eventually join the small group of collectible 3E items.

It's possible they'll eventually be collectible, but it won't be for a long, long time, if at all. The 3E stuff is produced on a pretty massive scale these days.

And, well, it's Eberron, which isn't exactly popular :/
